SHOOT CHANGES

• AGENT WILL INFORM OCCUPANTS THEY MUST STAY ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR THAN PLUSH PHOTOGRAPHERS, OR THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY IN A SINGLE-FLOOR DWELLING. EASIEST FOR EVERYONE IF THEY JUST LEAVE FOR A BIT.

• AGENT SHOULD ARRIVE EARLY OR CALL AHEAD OF OUR ARRIVAL TO CONFIRM OCCUPANTS UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT CONSIDER COVID-19 A HOAX. WE WILL LEAVE IF OCCUPANTS REPEATEDLY VIOLATE OUR PERSONAL SPACE – THAT MAKES EVERYONE’S LIVES HARDER, AND AGENT WILL BE ASSESSED AN UNPREPARED FEE.

• IDEALLY, AGENT SHOULD MAKE SURE PROPERTY IS PREPARED IN PERSON – WE WILL NOT TOUCH/STAGE ANYTHING BEYOND LIGHTS AND BLINDS FOR THE TIME BEING. CLICK HERE FOR OUR SELLER PREP GUIDE.

• WE HAVE FILLED OUT A GREAT DEAL OF PAPERWORK ACROSS BROKERAGES, INDICATING WE PRACTICE ALL RECOMMENDED SAFETY STANDARDS, AND HAVE NOT BEEN AROUND ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS. TO LIMIT LEGAL EXPOSURE AND PREVENT THE COLLAPSE OF OUR BUSINESS, OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE REQUIRED BY PLUSH TO LEAVE IF ANYONE FLAGRANTLY VIOLATES OUR POLICIES.

• BOOKINGS MAY BE LIMITED, AS WE’VE REDUCED STAFF. WE ARE CURRENTLY INTERVIEWING A BRAND NEW BREED OF EXPERT ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN PHOTOGRAPHERS TO TAKE YOUR LISTINGS AND BRAND TO AN EVEN HIGHER LEVEL #NOSCRUBS

• YOU WILL BE EMAILED A PAY-TO-DOWNLOAD LINK ONCE PHOTOS ARE EDITED. YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER (PHOTO, VIDEO, DRONE, MATTERPORT, ETC), PLUS ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE, IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD THE PHOTOS. WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST TO STAY OPEN!

• WHILE COMPASS AGENTS DO HAVE VARIOUS OPTIONS TO LET COMPASS PAY (AND AVOID A PAY LINK), WE HUMBLY AND RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU PAY YOUR BILLS DIRECTLY IF POSSIBLE, AND SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE BROKERAGE. THAT 2-3 WEEK WAIT ON PAYMENT IS JUST… NOT VERY EASY FOR US RIGHT NOW. BUT WE UNDERSTAND IF COMPASS PAYING IS THE ONLY OPTION. AS ALWAYS, WE’RE HERE TO HELP YOU FIRST AND FOREMOST.

• SIMILAR DEAL FOR CUSTOM PAYMENT OPTIONS – BEING BILLED MONTHLY, PROMISES TO PAY SOON WITHOUT A PAYMENT LINK, OR ANYTHING ELSE BEYOND THESE PROTOCOLS IS GOING TO STRAIN OUR CASH FLOW AND ABILITY TO HIRE THE SUPERSTARS WE HAVE COMING YOUR WAY.
